Housekeeper

Would you like to work in an amazing atmosphere in magical Lapland; see northern lights, visit santa claus and spend your free time skiing on the slopes?

We are now looking for a HOUSEKEEPING STAFF to well-known Lapland Hotels-chains hotels and ski centers around Lapland.
As a housekeeper you have a important role in the hotel organization and you are responsible of keeping the rooms and public areas of the hotel neat and welcoming for the clients.


We are recruiting seasonal workers for spring, winter and Christmas seasons. 
Winter season is starting in November/December 2024 and lasts till April 2025.

Also possible to come only for the Christmas season, which is appr. one month period during December.

What we need from you

  • EU-citizenship/passport or valid working permit to Finland.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the sector.
  • Be able to clearly define productivity standards with quality requirements and methods required to obtain them.
  • Good spoken English.
  • Good hygiene knowledge and HACCP Standards.
  • High energy, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills and inter personal skills.

  • Ability to see your role as a meaningful part of the hotel organization.
  • Smile that does not cling in a hurry!
