Release for customers and stakeholders: STAFFPOINT SERVES NORMALLY IN CORONA VIRUS SITUATION 17.3.2020
20.3.2020
Dear customers and other stakeholders,
The coronavirus (COVID-19) is a concern to us all. In addition to health, it also affects our work, economy, society and daily life. We constantly monitor and act upon guidelines from health and other authorities. As a responsible company, we want to do our best to keep the spread of the virus under control.
StaffPoint Group strengthened and secured its operational capabilities in advance. We do our best to serve our customers and society in this challenging situation. We are operational, our contract personnel is ready for you, and we use digital solutions and remote work to provide outsourcing services and carry out clerical work. Our contact centre in Spain and Spring House also operate normally.
Unfortunately, the coronavirus also has an effect on us. Many of our customers, especially in the service sectors, have reduced their demand for labour. In the event of any cancellations, we will comply with the terms of our service agreements. We are investigating the temporary lay-off needs of our personnel. We are very sorry about this because we value our staff greatly.
We want you to know that we are committed to serving your organisation during and after the coronavirus crisis. For example, in case of illness or if you need additional workforce in your organisation, we can provide you with staff.
In order to facilitate your business, we hope that you will be in contact through our normal service channels or through your contact person. I promise we will serve you as well as ever. We want to help you find the right expert in the midst of a coronavirus crisis.
Yours sincerely,
Anu Ahokas
CEO, StaffPoint Group
