Client:
Enersense Plc’s Connectivity Division (previously Empower Connectivity) helps its customers to provide mobile and fixed network services and ensure their operability. The Connectivity Division is involved in all phases of the data network lifecycle and design building and maintaining fixed and wireless data networks.
Assignment:
Mikko Vaahersalo, who previously managed the Connectivity Division, was appointed Group President and CEO. Accordingly, there was an immediate need to ensure the Division’s operational leadership capability with an Interim Executive. There was also a desire to get an objective view for further operational development. Therefore, the profile was limited to executive-level candidates.
How we succeeded:
StaffPoint Executive found several potential candidates on short notice who met the client's requirements. After contacting and pre-interviewing them, we organized three interviews with the client.
Among the candidates, Anna Lindén convinced us with her professional background with a long and multidisciplinary experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. She has worked at Nokia for more than twenty years in various positions, including in strategic, operational, and transformational leadership roles on global Business Group Leadership Teams. She also has extensive experience in workforce resourcing and corporate communications.
