Job application coaching

Job application coaching by Spring House, our coaching company, provides jobseekers with the skills necessary for job application, as well as motivation. Job application coaching is a group service for jobseekers with no obstacles to employment (e.g. insufficient competence). The coaching typically lasts for five days.

We implement around 250 coaching groups nationally each year for various target groups. We also organise standalone events related to job application, such as “Social media in job application” and “Fix your CV and application”.

According to a national feedback system, around 40% of the participants report that they have found a job, pursued education, started a business or participated in a work try-out after the coaching. Of the customers, 92% regard the service as good or excellent: the average total score for Spring House as a service provider is 4.3.
