Occupational well-being services
The goal of occupational well-being services and working capacity services is to improve well-being through supervisory work. We offer training for supervisors on the following topics: inspiration and motivation, positive and constructive feedback, appreciative approach to addressing issues, and underperformance and coping at work.
We also offer other occupational well-being services, such as assessments, working capacity coordination services and personal guidance.
Our services support employers and organisations during the following transitions, for example: organisational changes, changing roles, returning from parental leave or a long sick leave, and retirement.
