Anu Ahokas appointed CEO of StaffPoint Group – significant growth targeted

Anu Ahokas (M.Soc.Sci.) has been appointed CEO of the StaffPoint Group as of 10 April 2018. Ahokas was previously the Deputy CEO of the Group and the CEO of Spring House Oy for several years. She will continue in the latter position. With net sales of EUR 125 million, the StaffPoint Group is a leading staffing company and one of Finland’s largest employers, employing 12,000 people.

She has also successfully led business growth and has improved profitability in her previous management positions in the Group. The preceding CEO, Mika Kiljunen, will become a member of the Group’s Board. Kiljunen’s work has been instrumental in improving the company’s profitability and this is an opportune moment for a new CEO.

The new CEO has a proven record of developing business in the sector

Anu Ahokas (born 1979) has previously served as the StaffPoint Group’s Deputy CEO and its Chief Strategy Officer. She has also been the head of the coaching company Spring House Ltd for over ten years and will continue as its CEO. She previously held various marketing and sales positions at Elisa Plc.

Jussi Aulin appointed Senior Vice President, Business Operations, at StaffPoint Oy staffing services

Jussi Aulin (LL.M.) has been appointed Senior Vice President, Business Operations of StaffPoint Oy as of 10 April 2018. He is responsible for the business operations of the staffing services business. Aulin (born 1974) previously worked at Attendo Terveyspalvelut Oy where he was in charge of medical services for the elderly and of dayshift physician operations in Southern Finland. He previously served in various management positions at Attendo Terveyspalvelut Oy for approximately ten years. Before Attendo, he was a Business Area Director at StaffPoint Oy.
