Customer Service Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their dynamic team in Espoo, Finland. You will be part of an international team, as the rest of the team will be based in Warsaw, Poland.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Schneider’s clients, delivering exceptional support across various channels; chat, phone, and email. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues, ranging from order status updates to complaint management. You will also collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure effective solutions and an outstanding customer experience.

Your IMPACT:

  • Update contents of CRM system and create order in SAP
  • Support customers for pre-sales and after sales questions (e.g., product price and availability questions, order inquiry)
  • Processing EDI orders and following up on EDI errors with the relevant stakeholders
  • Handling of specified return orders in SAP
  • Support in (new) digital tools & projects and actively promote those to customer
  • Be the cross-country back-up for colleagues in the other Nordics teams when needed
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks.

Your Profile:

  • Educational background preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial or related field. If you’re interested in an internship, you will be expected to have a student status.
  • Some relevant working experience in (technical) customer service, logistics or call center environment will be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to perform independently.
  • Strong service and team-oriented attitude, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly, whilst working in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience in SAP and CRM (Salesforce) is an asset.

Languages:

  • English - fluent (verbal and written).
  • Finnish - fluent (verbal and written).

The employment is a fixed term position until November 2025 and you will be employed via Staffpoint. We offer you a flexible, paid employment with a minimum of 25 hours and up to 37.5 hours per week, depending on your preferences and availability. Alternatively, you may also use this opportunity to complete your (paid) internship. After onboarding, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.
