ICT Service Desk Support

Now we are looking for a service-minded ICT Service Desk Support to join Infosys’s team in Finland. In your role, you will report to the Infoys Manager and to the client manager from the client’s side. The role is based across three locations: Helsinki, Espoo and Hyvinkää, requiring travel between these sites when needed. The position is on-call job, meaning that the employee will be called in to work as per needed.
What You’’ll Be Doing
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to EUP equipment and software.
- Provide break/fix support, advice and assistance to authorized users, servers, network devices, meeting room technology etc.
- Identify and remedy operational and technical issues.
- Deliver on-site support and dispatch technicians to resolve incidents and meet service levels.
- Support authorized users connecting to the Infosys network from any location e.g., LAN and/or WAN connectivity.
- Offer hands-on support for servers, network devices, meeting room technology, printers, etc.
- Ensure a seamless experience for file and print services supported by third parties.
What You’ll Need
- At least 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
- Relevant educational background (e.g., BSc/MSc) in ICT or similar
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Finnish
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling ICT-related challenges in an international, customer-centric environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Sufficient skills preferably with IMAC, ITIL and/or ServiceNow
- Ability to work in three locations when needed (Helsinki, Espoo, Hyvinkää) and commitment working on-site (remote work is not possible).
