Job Description: Sales Manager for Finland

We are now looking for a Sales Representative to take over our client’s Kominox’s Finnish market.

The main purpose of this role is to both manage existing Finnish clients and implement a sales strategy to capture a significantly higher market share. You will be primarily focused on selling Stainless steel tubes and sheets to end-users across. The role is based in Finland, preferably in Southern Finland and you will report to the CEO based in Sweden. The role will require regular travel, mostly within the Southern Finland area.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage existing client relationships and identify possible sales opportunities
  • Identifying and engaging new potential customers through visits, presentations and showcasing samples
  • Conduct regular customer visits on their sites (e.g., at their welders and workshop facilities)
  • Manage administrative tasks such as create quotations, offers and contracts and possibly other tasks related to the sales processes
  • Build, develop and execute sales strategies for the Finnish market according to Kominox’s goals
  • Report to the Sweden-based CEO about sales targets and market insights.

Requirements of the candidate

  • Proven track record of sales success in the B2B sector (3-5 years minimum), preferably in the metals, steels or similar industries
  • Competent Finnish and English or Swedish language skills
  • Highly active, ambitious and growth-minded individual who is keen on meeting goals and identifying new business opportunities
  • You have good understanding of cost-efficient strategies and the ability to drive profitability
  • Previous experience of most typical IT tools related to sales e.g. ERP systems
  • Most importantly, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to perform independently as sole representative in the Finnish market.
