Strategy clarification and implementation

With a coach from outside the organisation, the strategy takes root faster and encounters the everyday work of the organisation at all levels.

Briefly:

  • A solution-driven and insight-based programme.
  • During the programme, the company’s management team undertakes to implement the strategy together with supervisors and selected “change ambassadors”.
  • Together with the customer, we idenfity the organisation’s “change ambassadors” (enthusiastic followers, strong opponents and recognised opinion leaders) who play an important role in the successful implementation of the strategy. They are harnessed to promote a common cause.
  • The goal is to create an understanding of the everyday actions needed to implement the strategy and to ensure that the implementation proceeds towards the vision according to shared values.
  • It’s important to understand how the changes required by the strategy can be turned into everyday actions at the workplace.
  • To guarantee the employees’ strategic mindset and understanding, we typically use the versatile methods of group and individual coaching.
